The TanTanNoodles Version Checker is a small utility plugin that is bundled with my other plugins. It automatically checks for updates to the plugin you have installed and notifies you in your WordPress admin dashboard when a new version is available.

You do not need to install this separately — it comes included with plugins like the Amazon S3 plugin and WordPress Reports. Just activate it from your “Plugins” tab to enable automatic update notifications.
