Update: Flickr Photo Album (1.0)

The Flickr Photo Album plugin for WordPress has been updated and is now available. This release includes a number of bug fixes and resolves a bunch of outstanding issues. There is a new photo insert screen, that gives you many more options when inserting a Flickr photo into a blog post (screenshots). The minimum version of WordPress is now 2.5. If you need to continue using an older version of WordPress, please download and install the older version 0.99.

About this version, there isn’t really anything special or magical about this 1.0 release, other than it’s a continuation of the work that’s been going on for almost 2 years now. If you have found the plugin to be helpful and useful on your own blog, please consider making a small donation to help support its continued development. You can find a PayPal form to send a couple bucks in the plugin’s settings’ screen (where you linked the plugin to your Flickr account).

Thanks everyone for your support and feedback. As always, feel free to post your comments in the support group for this plugin, and post your (verified) bugs to the issue tracker. Or feel free to just pop in a comment (along with a link to your blog) on the release page.

Download version 1.0.1 here >

PS, I found a small bug just as I posted version 1.0, which is the reason for version 1.0.1.
