		<description>Joe I can&#039;t agree with you enough!  I waited two hours for a bus in the icy weather last week.  I take the southbound bus and watched *three* northbound buses go by.  I can be understanding if the bus is delayed in bad weather, but Metro should at least make good on their offer to let me know when the next one is coming!  They kept on saying, &quot;Buses are delayed, but one is on the way.&quot;   I&#039;d rather them not offer the feature at all, than offering it poorly.</description>
