Battlestar Galatica - Hands down, the best show on TV. Yeah, it’s got space ships and faster-than-light jump drives, but it’s not scifi like Star Trek. It’s more like a drama, that just happens to be set in space. The coolest scene thus far is probably when Galactica jumps into the atmosphere, launches it’s fighters as it’s falling like a rock towards the ground, and then jumps back out into space just before it hits the ground. “Well, this ought to be different.”

LOST - It’s kinda like Survivor, except the island has polar bears and a horse, weird black smoke, mysterious underground hatches all over, and a button that needs to be pushed every 108 minutes inside one of those hatches (or else the world ends, apparently). Even though I’ve just finished watching season 2 on dvd, I still don’t really know what’s going on (like, who are these others?). Anybody got a theory on what’s happening?

Heros - A brand new show, following in the footsteps of LOST with a huge cast of characters and intermingling stories. The story is what I image X-Men would be like, right when people were starting to discover mutant powers. Intriguing, and lots of potential.

Some other shows I follow: Prison Break, 24, The Office, and Scrubs.

I think I probably watch too much TV…

    Great picks! I love BG - it’s definitely one of the best shows on tv. Heroes is really interesting but I feel like the storytelling still isn’t completely finely honed… the storyline is awesome though. I loved Alias and I’m watching Six Degrees now but haven’t gotten into Lost though everyone tells me it’s totally amazing.

    BSG is definately one of the better shows on TV. Lost is extremely good just because of JJ Abrams and his style of writing. (Season 1 & 2 of Alias was like that. Then it just went down hill until the last season) 24 is is another must watch and I’ve gotten hooked on House as well. Good writing and acting. I keep forgetting about Heroes just because MNF is on.

    Yes, I agree BSG is my favorite TV show. The story line and characters make you follow each episode. That scene with Galactica in the atmosphere is just awesome!

    i just watched ALL of season two the office xDDD today it was good
    heroes isn’t out here yet.. but my boyfriend is downloading it he said it’s good so i’ll get around to watching that
    i also watch pb
    can’t wait til house is back on!!!! i love house he is a genius xD
