Stupid: Realizing I forgot my wallet (which contains my bus pass) when I left for work… only when the bus came.

Bad Luck: The regular bus driver wasn’t there, so I couldn’t talk my way into an IOU for bus fare. Thus, I missed my bus… but I had no morning meetings, so it was ok.

Dumb: On my way back down from my apartment after picking up my wallet, I realized I actually had enough change for bus fare in my pocket.

Annoying: After work, getting a mosquito bite while I waited for my bus home. There’s also a trash can right next to the bus stop, and dog owners like to toss their dog’s poop in there, so it makes for an interesting smell.

More Bad Luck: When the bus finally came, there were more mosquitos inside the bus. And of course, they all have to swarm around me since my flesh apparently tastes better than all the other passengers.

Sigh. I think it might be time to get a car…

Edit 10/7: I think the Metro system is against me, today I had to wait 30 mins for the metro-train to come, because they were doing maintenance work on one of the tracks (again!). Yeah, not really a big deal, but it made me 30 mins late for practice :p
