What I want to do on my blog, is every few hours take the oldest post and move it to the
front of the queue, all automatically. Anyone know if there is a plugin that can do this or
a simple way to set up another plugin to do this (use my own feed perhaps)?
Thanks.

Hello everyone. I am pretty sure a good number are using wordpress for your website/blog.

Here is my problem. This is so frustrating. All I want to do is add/embed videos into my wordpress website. I thought it would be easy to add video to wordpress because I figured all I had to do was put in the code and the video would display on my page. It DOES NOT work.

I tried adding google video (the embed code that google provides), my flash videos etc. Nothing is working.

There are like hundreds of plugins (some seem so complicated) that I don't know which one to choose. The ones I have tried don't work.

So please can someone recommend me a plugin that ACTUALLY works and that is SIMPLE to setup. I would like for the plugin to play my flash videos and google videos on my pages or posts

Also, can someone recommend a good plugin for posting pictures in your posts or pages. I don't want thumbnails, I am looking to display the pictures in their original size.

By the way, I am using the new wordpress, I think it is 2.0

Thanks

Hi!

Recently I have downloaded and installed your Flickr plugin in my self hosted blog (using WordPress)

I managed to install it succesfully in my blog, but I can't view from my blog.

In the WordPress Admin > Options > Flickr Settings

I put http://ssufian.net/passive-income/photos in the 'Photo Album URL:'

And I also choose 'The URL specified above' for the 'Photos should link to:'

But when I click on the 'Photos' link from my blog, I have been directed to the 'http://ssufian.net/passive-income/photos/' URL with the '404 Not Found' status.

I have also choose 'Date and name based' for my Permalink

You can have a look at my blog at http://www.ssufian.net/passive-income/

Since I am still new to blogging, php and wordpress, I really hope that you could guide me using simple english.

Thank you.

[...] One goal we had was to do some Flickr integration into the blog, so that conference attendees who upload photos to Flickr with the official conference tag can easily view those photos on the site and add them to posts. Two great plugins by tan tan noodles have basically done the trick. The flickr photo album plugin adds a “Photos” tab to the new upload box on the post page in WP 2.x. Since the plugin requires a user account to set it up and we’re interested in displaying photos not from one user but from all users using a particular tag, I had to trick the plugin a little. Basically, I created an empty Flickr account and used that to setup the plugin; then when users go to post, while they see no photos by default, they can easily change the options in the Photos tab to display those images tagged by any Flickr user with “facultyacademy2006.” [...]

As minhas fotos no Flickr moram aqui no meu blog (de novo!). Mudei de plugin do Wordpress - agora estou a usar o Photo Album do Joe Tan.

[...] The Flickr Album plugin creates a very attractive page displaying photos, but I actually think its additional feature of adding photos to the Write page for easy insertion into posts is more impressive. It offers you the full range of Flickr’s resized images, too. I’m forever swapping between Flickr’s photo pages and blog entries, copying and pasting the relevant HTML.
