For the record, it’s now officially too hot and humid to do anything physical outside. For example, my water bottle which was full of ice was completely melted after being outside for only 20 mins (time it takes to ride to work). Ok fine, maybe after 30 mins, but still… high of 86 degrees??? Bleh, anywho… here are some links:
